Organizations

Utiq Pulse uses a three-tier organization hierarchy to manage agencies and clients.

Organization Hierarchy

The platform uses a hierarchical structure: Owner > Agency > Client

Creating Organizations

Administrators can create new organizations from the Organizations menu.

Navigate to Organizations

Go to Organizations > New Organization

Enter Name

Enter a name for the organization

Select Type

Choose Owner, Agency, or Client

Assign Parent

For clients, select the parent agency

Permission Matrix

Organization creation permissions vary by role.

Visibility Rules

Users can only see organizations within their hierarchy. Agency users see their own organization and client children. Client users only see their own organization.
